Alisons’ full experience
Before I signed up for Staceys’ group coaching I felt unfulfilled, lacked confidence and wanted to gain clarity.
Initially I was hesitant that I would be required to share information about certain situations that I wasn’t prepared to but that was never the case, we shared what we felt comfortable with and there was no unsolicited advice. The group was very inclusive, a safe space to be yourself without anyone firing answers or solutions at you but instead arming you with the skills to identify the best solutions for yourself.
My favourite thing about my experience was the new skills I learned and found the exercises very thought provoking. Even if I couldn’t think of answers to all questions at the time, I continued to think about them afterwards and wrote down the thoughts that were prompted. I enjoyed the guided meditations and will continue to use those in future - they gave me the opportunity for deep relaxation and helped me de-stress.
It taught me that there is always a way through difficult times and there’s always an answer, even when things seem uncertain.
I wanted more clarity and a set of skills to help me to deal with difficult situations which I now have and I know that without joining the group I wouldn’t have devoted the time to my own development, always thinking I was too busy.
The group provided me with some much needed clarity at the right time when I was floundering a bit and was unsure of where my future lay from a work perspective. Since completing the course I applied for an exclusive leadership course as it was the deep soul searching prompts that made me consider it in the first place. Of 500 applicants I won one of the 40 spaces that were available and to say I’m thrilled is an understatement but more importantly throughout the application process as I passed each stage, my confidence has soared.
I feel like I know who I am again.
